ОтветитьI’ve been really trying to build my back muscles for a few months now without seeing any progress. I recently started warming up my back with resistance bands and I can already see/feel what a difference it makes! It makes complete sense with you actually think about it. I do glute activation exercises on leg day so why not rear delt and lat activation on back day?! If anyone is having trouble building their back muscles I highly recommend spending the extra time to warm those muscles up!
