I will not waste my money on mass comm classes when teachers literally pull the same material off of quizlets...
ОтветитьAre you actually being serious about this because I'm very confused about if I want to do a media and communications degree?
I want to be creative but I really don't want to learn about all the sciencey stuff.
Honestly that's true after Graduation in Mass media Communication No jobs No Scope
ОтветитьMass Communication is Really useless degree I wasted my 3 year's to just learn old algorithm Marketing and advertising, still i'am a job less and i'am hunting for myy job it's a request to everyone before please don't go for Mass communication.
ОтветитьThis degree must’ve been so useless for the knowledge of how to make this video…
ОтветитьWhat a load of bullshit from you
ОтветитьIs Creative Industries the same as Media and communication? I was planning to do my PhD in 'Creative Industries' or in 'Media and cultural' studies abroad.
ОтветитьWill this degree employ me in a news reporter job if I move to a very urban city
ОтветитьI think it’s what you make it..
ОтветитьJournalism, Production, Advertising. Many more opportunities are open for you. If you desire them you can create your own path. My first job was a mix between an ui designer and marketing research position, now I'm working as a video editor and cinematographer. Any of these careers I can go through with my background whatever it had taught me is another topic. You aren't left to work at a call center! Its a place for creative people with multiple talents.
ОтветитьIf your looking to going to school for this major or really any other major for that matter do these things: 1. look at the completion rate for the school/ the program (you should be able to find this on the schools web page or a google search) 2. Look at the benefits the school may offer such as a tech package or free laptop programs, work study and scholarships, job placement or career assistance 3. Consider how long it make take to finish the program/ look into a duel degree or an accelerated course (will help you get jobs and internships while in still studying to get ur BA) 4. Look into the courses needed to complete the Major/ Always inquirie about transferring credits if you hve college experience already, this will help you complete your major faster and get to the courses geared more towards your major 5. Compare schools always consider your options, remember this is to put you on the path to your dream and your passion AND your time and money; find a school that doesn't make you feel like you'd be wasting that
6. Consider schools that actually specialize in communications
7.Look up reviews from former students
Hope this helped! 🤞🏽
Any one guide me which one of the program is better and which program includes all the other programs in it too.

Nah, it depends on how you spend your time at uni wisely by expanding your networks. My first gig was broadcasting, before I shifted to strat comm. My uni mates got work in corporate comm, govt, academics, tech, etc. Yea the courses can be a bit ambiguous because comm is inter-disciplinary, but in the end these courses enrich your train of thought.
