Haha if you think that underground map looks complicated for Tokyo, just wait until you see a map with all the train lines on it, It'll blow your mind. I'm living in Tokyo and when I first arrived it was a little daunting. Funnily enough I'm listening to this video as a write a blog about Tokyo.
I recommend visiting Nakano for Pokemon cards but there are trading cards shops everywhere that are well stocked.

As someone who is also visiting japan in the future, i highly recommend the book "A Geek In Japan" by Hector Garcia. Learned so much about japanese culture through that book 👌🏻
